Work is executed in accordance with approved specifications, engineering standards, internal standard operating procedures, method statements and work instructions. Personnel are trained in quality policies and workmanship standards, acknowledging that quality is a shared responsibility.

All structural and welding activities adhere to the AWS D1.1:2020 Structural Welding Code. Certified Welding Procedure Specifications are prepared based on job-specific requirements and tested via Procedure Qualification Records. Our AWS D1.1-qualified welders with current performance records are logged for continuity, and certifications are maintained.

Our quality assurance team conducts ongoing in-process inspections, systematic and final acceptance testing, and thorough documentation in accordance with project-specific inspection and test plans.

Comprehensive project data books are completed shortly after project completion.
